Please find the attached USB Test Cable to connect with the power bank or adapter for a quick test before installation.The input voltage never exceeds 5V and the current needs to be higher than 2A for the USB power source.

Do I need to connect the yellow wire of the power cable?

YES. The yellow wire needs to be connected to the 12V ACC power source that is associated with the ignition. It will start and stop video recording automatically with your key ignition once the yellow wire is correctly connected.

Can I connect it to a USB power supply instead?

Yes, you can. Please ensure that the input voltage does not exceed 5V and that the current of the USB power source is 2A or more. The Parking Mode function will then no longer be available in this way.

My WiFi App doesn’t connect

1. Make sure the correct wifi was connected. And the distance between the camera and your phone is within 10~16 ft.

2. Turn off cellular data and other internet connections on your phone if the problem still persists.

Where can you get longer extension cables?

The camera’s extension cable can be extended up to 49ft (15 meters). Contact the seller if you are interested.
