1, This item can be connected via USB.

2, You can easily mount it on your motorcycle (the wiring is simple, ACC + 12V and Ground).

Please Connect the negative pole of 12 volts to the negative pole of the power supply. Do not connect the negative pole to the metal of the motorcycle at will, because the motorcycle shakes a lot after ignition, and the interface needs to be relatively stable, otherwise it will cause the phenomenon of power failure and restart the screen, which will affect the use.

3, This product has anti-theft function. Many friends like to take out the screen when not in use. When you install the screen on the back cover again, please tighten the screws of the back cover, so as not to shake during driving, resulting in loose contact between the screen and the back cover, poor power contact, and the screen will shut down and restart, affecting use.

4, This project supports most of the Bluetooth headsets on the market, but it does not support the modified team intercom Bluetooth headsets and helmets (everyone’s modification scheme is different, we cannot support it), no matter whether they are connected or not, they cannot be used.

NOTE: Tenbaba carplay screen for motorcycle is designed for outdoor. In order to safely and resist various high temperatures and bad weather, there is no built -in battery, so it has no time to memory function. Please do not set clocks or adjust any settings. After wireless CarPlay is connected, the time of the CarPlay screen homepage can be updated in about 3-5 seconds. After connecting the wireless Android Auto, the time to synchronize the phone will be on the Android Auto interface, but the time of the homepage will not be updated.

Q: How to turn on and turn off the device?

A: After you have connected the cable correctly, the device will start automatically when you start the motorcycle. After you turn off the power of the motorcycle, it will automatically power off within 15 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the motorcycle.

Q: How to install the device?

A: 1: Find the ACC power supply and connect the cables; 2: Install the holder 3: Start the motorcycle, connect the mobile phone to start the device, and start your navigation journey. （For details, please refer to our installation tutorial video. If you have any questions, please tell us）

Q: Can this unit work on my motorcycle?

Q: How to connect it to my phone?

A: After you start the device, you can click the carplay or Android auto function, and follow the screen prompts to connect to the phone. （The device starts with carplay by default. If you are an Android phone user, please set Android auto as the default startup item in the background device.）

Q: Can it be connected to my helmet headset, motorcycle stereo, or external stereo?

A: Yes! the unit has dual Bluetooth, and you can connect both with your phone and headset, Please use the Bluetooth headset selection on the screen to search for your speaker to connect. （The Bluetooth function in the settings cannot connect to headphones and speakers. The second Bluetooth can only be activated on the home page. The first connection and search will be slow, please be patient.）

Q：How do i exit andoid auto? It automatically jumps in and there is no way out.

A：There is an “EXIT” widget on android auto home screen.

Q：Is this rechargeable or is it hardwired?

A：Tenbaba Wireless CarPlay Wireless Android Auto Touchscreen for Motorcycle is hardwired, not have battery rechargeable.

Q: Does it run on its own battery, if so how long does it last?

A: The device itself does not contain a battery and needs to be connected to a power source to use it.
